Never before have we been so dependent on our mobile devices. In fact, we use them to such an extent that they have become integrated into our daily lives. People of all ages are now joining this new mobile generation.

We understand that you may be a little anxious about sending your device for repair to a company found on the internet. Many of our customers send us their devices by mail and never get to meet us in person. That’s why we make an extra effort to keep you informed and updated throughout the whole process; from letting you know when we receive your device right through to when you can expect it back. These aren’t just empty words; communication and service is how we demonstrate we are different from the rest.
Quality of repair is critical to our reputation. There are many unscrupulous repair centre’s operating across the UK, where they may fit inferior quality parts, and have untrained technicians. At Happyfones, we are clear and honest about what we do and how we do it. Most of our business is generated by referral and word of mouth so it is in our interests to ensure our customers are happy all the time.
